I decided to scale this WOD due to my shoulder. So I came up with the scaled version. Deadlifts felt hard in the later rounds and pullups felt like I was compensating alot using my left shoulder. I kept hearing it crack and pop. Double Unders for the most part were unbroken. Good WOD!

did not do the last round of pullups as I tore 4 blisters on my hands. DL, HSPU, and JR were strong. Pullups were brutal, could only do 1-2 at a time last 5 round even with a band.

This was BRUT.......AL!!!! OMG I BOMBED this one I think. DL's where fine till the 6th Rd, my hands where so SWEATIE I could hardly hold the bar; and my bar is not smooth. Pushups where a piece of cake, the Singles where hard by the 5th Rd, I couldn't lift my on feet!! But managed to do half DU's. My body wieght has been between 115-118 so I went with the lower weight Lol!! AWESUME job Sandra!! You to Paul.

I can get into a handstand BUT can only barely get a "push up"; cannot do full range. The DU's were almost impossible for me to do today - the most in a row was 15...and that was difficult...dang!!

Man this was a tough workout! We did this with the group at montecito today with only one pullup bar which possibly slowed everyone's time down by a couple minutes. But, I'll be honest, I was grateful for the break sometimes. 10 rounds of pullups were hard to get through!
Other notes: we didn't have enough weight to go around for everyone to do rx'd or even a good peak weight and HSPU were modified by creating an upside down "V" off the picnic table with hands on the ground and doing the pushups from there. Only Jared did full HSPU.

Did the unscaled version. This SUCKED! I don't know how I got through all the pullups without any blisters. Deadlifts became very hard by the 6th round. This was a lot of DU's for me, but doing better with them - was able to get to about 11-14 most rounds before breaking.

Nice job everyone on completing this one!
