Started with a 5k run today with Jesse and Cheri. I had Wyatt in the jogger and have never run more than 800m with one so this was an experience. I gotta say, Cheri is about the best rabbit I could have chased today. She kept a great pace just ahead of us and kept Jesse and me pushing it to our limits (well, at least me to my limits.)Even with my jogger, I pulled out my best clocked 5k thus far!Cheri- 26:00 Jesse-26:06Morgan: 26:06Cheri and I had some time to kill before picking up kids from preschool so we whipped out FRAN. I was really fatigued from the run so I opted out of rx'd but it was still a tough/ great wod. And Cheri would have beaten me on time but my pullup bar swings too much for her jumping and my kipping so we tied for time.Morgan- 8:08 40#, used PT rubber tape to help in kippingCheri- 8:08 30#, jumping pullups (she said the bar was a little low from her jump point which made it a little easier)
Oh and uh, AWESOME job Jen! That's super fast and your first time rx'd. Dang, that's good!

Today felt pretty good. I started off with a nice little 200m sprint some pushups and air squats for a warm up. Then I threw on some Megadeth to get really pumped. My goal was to get each round under 2:00min for a sub 6:00min Fran. My first round finished at 2:11 my second at 4:08 and my third was at 5:38!! So I am pretty pumped. My last Fran was 7:27min. However I did this one on our monkey bars and in the heat. Tonight I used our pullup bar I made and it was A LOT cooler. Nevertheless I am pretty happy with my time.Fran5:38min (10/4/11)7:27min (9/16/11)

Went for a 5k run, and got through the first mile and then it started to rain. So, my mile time was 7:17. Then, I came inside and did 30 minutes on my eliptical machine. Better than nothing!
Thanks Morgan for posting and having me over:) My arms are super sore! Great W/O despite I was tired from the run!

Frans bad girl!!! Lol This felt good. Couldn't get pasted 6 or 7reps without putting it down. Pullups where good! I was a bit off for time. If I hadn't done this with Krista today; it would of taken much longer. Her form was nice and smooth.
