Did Friday Oct 7th workout. Haven't been able to do one the last few days due to my work schedule. Felt great to do one today. Oddly enough the only good run for my double unders came during my last round, I was able to get 35 in a row. Time posted on 10/7/11.Jared

18:11; chair dipsOn vacation, so no access to rings! Had to do the run on a steep incline/decline. Felt pretty good on this one.

17:37 Regular DipsWe did this in the Smokey Mountains! Our run was steep and brutal (I feel it in my calves). We had no rings for dips so I used 2 rocking chairs on the balcony and did full having dips by grabbing the arms of each chair and doing dips between them (It was still a challenge). Jenette - 19:25, subbed row and used purple band on ring dips. My legs were BURNING on the second row after all those squats. Using my wallball again to get FRM. Not too bad of a time considering how rarely I row. I'm happy!
