Did Friday Oct 7th workout. Haven't been able to do one the last few days due to my work schedule. Felt great to do one today. Oddly enough the only good run for my double unders came during my last round, I was able to get 35 in a row. Time posted on 10/7/11.

Today was Mondays WOD for me; Catch up this week! Got only a few DU's, was able to do alot more after the WO Lol!! Pushups where good, situps where slow.

18:11; chair dips

On vacation, so no access to rings! Had to do the run on a steep incline/decline. Felt pretty good on this one.

Did group WO today. Had to do a wo that I could do with my broken toe and boot, so we did:
10 rounds
10 knees to elbows
10 push-ups (hand release)

17:37 Regular Dips
We did this in the Smokey Mountains! Our run was steep and brutal (I feel it in my calves). We had no rings for dips so I used 2 rocking chairs on the balcony and did full having dips by grabbing the arms of each chair and doing dips between them (It was still a challenge). Jen almost caught up to me!

I did this WOD on Sunday 10/16/11. This wasn't to bad. althought the run was a bit long. I was able to do the Dips without the band, my hand is get better. And 5 wsn't alot to do.

Jenette - 19:25, subbed row and used purple band on ring dips. My legs were BURNING on the second row after all those squats. Using my wallball again to get FRM. Not too bad of a time considering how rarely I row. I'm happy!
