Pullups were hard today. My arms are still recovering from "Fran". Good workout though! Lisa smoked it!

Thanks Jen! Didn't feel like I was going fast at all today. Burpees and pull-ups were so hard. Felt like I was moving in slow motion today!
-Jen, you must not have been too tired...You killed your previous time!
-I need to get even just ONE pull-up under my belt...

Not sure my time(Finished after Jen) Used Blue band 3x/s and blue and purple once. 26# DB My arms are still super sore if not more from yesterdays Fran W/O.Pushed myself to run the loop with Jogger from Calistoga to Estrella to Westar and cut through Lavendar back to park. Ipod states 2.91 time 25:12. Now I need a nap;)

This WOD was harder than anticipated. My run times are still sitting above the 2min to 2:30min mark for a 400m. I feel like I am getting faster at it and definately do not feel as exhausted while I am running them but my times are still slacking. Good workout. Here is my time.

Greetings! It's my first post, but have been keeping track of WOD's for past 1 1/2 mos. My time last night was 18:46. It's a little tougher to get a true time at the gym since I have to walk all over to stations and/or wait for equipment, but all in all, a good workout! Still sore from Frannie... Did this workout before an hour of kick-butt zumba class.
KB's 35# - can probably bump up a small notch
400m run - 2:30 - will try a little faster
Pullups - starting to gain some respect!!

purple band?!! I don't know about that! HAHA! I can barely do red...but maybe that is how I will get better! I had to use a jump for a little help with the red band, so purple is scary!

We both pushed but somehow my legs were like lead!
