50M Bear Crawl
Squat Cleans (60#/95#)
Double Unders (Singles X 3)
Deadlifts (110#/185#)
Box Jumps (20"/24")

Before each round do a 50M Bear Crawl. Hands must be flat on the ground while walking.
Make sure you stand completely upright on top of the box before stepping down.

Have Fun!

Looks are deceiving! This was tough! At the end of round 3 (15 reps) I was at 19:39. Bear Crawls were tiring. It took about 78 - 80 steps for every 50M. Squat Cleans and Deadlifts I had to break up until rounds 6 and 7. Did all Double Unders unbroken except for round 4 (12 reps). I got tripped up. Good hard WOD that will make you sweat!

This was a crazy long workout. Bear crawls were beyond tiring, I am not sure that bear crawl is an adequate term since I have seen bears move a lot faster than what I did. The squat cleans were also very exhausting. I think if it weren't for the bear crawls this WOD would move a lot faster. Overall it is a great feeling to have completed this. Thanks Jen for hosting.

Good Job Jared! Yes Bear Crawls were tiring but I was able to get through 25M rest 5 - 10 seconds and do another 25M each round but the first. It still took approximately 1:45 to 2:00 to complete those Bear Crawls each round.

This was a killer WOD. My body was completely fatigued and the last 2 bear crawls were torture! I agree that the squat cleans were tough after the first round. Thanks for pushing through this one with me Jared. Paul - I don't how you did it so fast!Great job! Won't be doing this one again for awhile!

Did this one on 10/27/11.

39:20- 50#SC, DUs, 95#DL, 60m bear crawl according to walkjogrun.

This was actually pretty cool. It killed for sure especially the bear crawls. I had to take a breather on those more than a few times. But I liked that I felt like my wo would never end on round 15, but turned so quickly at round 6 knowing that I only had so little to go. Not one I want to do for awhile but I'm totally glad I did it!
