Box Jumps (16"/20")
Push Press (45#/75#)
Row (Calories)

Rest 1 minute between rounds and count total reps.
Do not stop time between exercises.

I started on PP so that was my strongest exercise. WB's and BJ's were the most tiring for me...and my row seemed weak...Nice job EVERYONE! This was a great group WOD.

Morgan- Started with SDHP so those were strong and I seemed to have a burst of energy after the row so I felt ok about my wallballs.

I think my wallballs saved me! A little faster on box jumps. My row was slower this time around though.

Now that I've done this WOD I can have a better strategy next time. I seemed to have psyched myself out in the 2nd round then picked back up in the third. I think a 6 month repeat would be perfect to track progress. :-)
