Situps (Unsecure)
Try Double Unders.
Make sure Pushups are hand release. This means chest all the way to the ground and lift hands off the ground. Then push up to completely locked out.

Thanks for posting Krista. Those of you that like to keep track of your times, you might want to also post your time on the day this wo was originally posted (it was August of last year, but can't remember the exact day). That way, when this workout comes up again, you don't have to search every comment post to get your previous time. Believe me, I learned that the hard way.

Hard WOD! Double unders always kill me, but I must be improving...took over a minute and a half off my previous time.

Waited 3 min and then ran 1mi 6:42. Felt so good to workout. It has been off and on for me with packing boxes to move this week.

My arms were so tired from the DUs that pushups were killing me! I wanted a wo where I practiced my DUs. I need to be able to do more in a row. I actually do none in a row, because I do one single for every double. As a string, I was only able to do 8 dus with 1 single in between each. So tiring. Good WO though!
