Very happy with the results considering! I did however have to throw down every PC once at the rack position. It would have been too much torque on my shoulder to try and lower the weight.

16:48 Felt really tired, and a little under the weather, but tried to keep up with the ladies. Everyone did awesome! Thanks Jessie for letting us do the WO at your house!

Jared- rx'd AMRAP in 10: 6 rounds + 3 PC
AMRAP in 5: 4 rounds + 11 PP

Morgan- figured I could do rx'd in deadlifts and forgot to test my abilities in power cleans until I was already in the workout. Bad idea. I could not clean 95# to save my life! So I just did 10 deadlifts each round and 7 bench dips. Pull Ups were full kipping except for like 3 that I needed to jump.

I forgot to mention that even though ring dips are a weakness of mine, I was still able to get through them unbroken each round. I think partly because I had the kipping down! Really good WOD!

This WOD felt real good afterwards! Weight was just enough,anymore and I would of fell over! Krista pushes me hard, nice job with your RingDips/Pullups.

Not bad considering I went up 5# on PC and from red to purple band on ring dips.

7 rounds, 75#, purple band. All dl's and ring dips unbroken. Not all my pc's were perfect, sadly, but I got under them! I need a refresher course on form with my max weight.

4 rounds, 30#, purple band. All but the last round on PP were unbroken, round 4 split into 11/9.
