I did: 3 Rounds of 800M Run, 20 HR Pushups and 30 Situps. This was actually a good WOD! I was shooting for sub 15 and felt good.

21:25... Wow that took me a long time! Need to figure out exactly how far it is around my block. Maybe it's like 1 mile and thats why my time is so high! :)

Tough WOD for PP. first two rounds I was able to do 10 without dropping and then 5 and 5. Last round was 8-5-3-4. Felt good though.

Did todays WOD with my son! I sub'd PP cause I was little sore from PP in the WO I did yesterday! My time from Prv was the same!! How weird is that, and I did PP @ 65lbs then!!

I am in major need of a rest day! We had some tough WODs this week. This one wasn't too bad...probably could have pushed a little more on the run? I was definitely with Leslie on this one for not doing push press...my body is beat!
