7:45 RX'd @ 205# I didn't realize this WOD was with 225# and did body weight (202#). It was a good Butt Kicker! Finished round 1 at 1:02, round 2 at 3:02 and round 3 at 5:17. My first 50 DU's were unbroken. Also I never tripped up on them. Every time I stopped it was because I couldn't go anymore.
No one could find a jump rope at the gym (go figure??), so replaced that with 400m run each round. Deadlifts at 95# - am slowly working my way up on #'s. Time was 14:32. Did 40 pushups (20 right hand up/left hand back and vice versa, wide legs) and 50 straight leg lifts for core after this WOD.
Did group WO with Morgan and crew: AMRAP 20 min 7 ring dips 100' walking lunges 7 toes to bar
14 full rounds Did bench dips Did toes to bar for the first 3 rounds, and then had to switch to knees to elbows because of fatigue. Longest 20 minutes ever!
Today I did the WO Sandra did with the group yesterday! That was more then a leg burner after doing FRAN yesterday!! Didn't post a time for that last time. And I add a 20# to the Situps great for the arms!
Did wod with Morgan and crew this morning. Finished 11 rounds + 7 bench dips and 30 lunges. My legs were on fire and my 4 c-section and need a lot of work!! Carlie
