Worked out with Krista tonight. Since I've been taking it easy lately, I decided to do some serious lifting. 7 Rounds200m Run7 Power Cleans7 Front Squats7 Push PressI managed to get at least 2 of the exercises without dropping the bar each round until Round 7. My garage was so muggy it was hard to breathe! Good workout though. We actually finished maybe a 1/2 second apart.20:48 Thanks for coming over Krista
20:50; Rx'd18:11; Rx'd (05/24/11)I added two seconds to my time - Morgan had some child care stops and she was killing me! Yeah, there was no oxygen in the garage...had to stop to step outside and breath a few times...took too many breaks. After the 4th round I could only get 4 PC's in a row. Had to really fight on this one this time. Morgan also forgot to mention she Rx'd this at 60lbs and did a GREAT job of it too! Thanks Morgan! :0)
