To preserve my shoulder I do a pullup and then land on a box to prevent a jolt from the hang position. I then release my feet and do another pullup. This is very difficult and takes longer it seems.
I did Last Wed. WOD today with Krista. Took some time off of this one big time. Just missed down pour!! Krista pushed hard with her torn hands, girl you need some new hands!! Right on my heels till the end. Bad Ass DL Girls>>>>> 180#'s. And I can't do a DU to save my live GO FIGURE Lol.
Did a 3mi run today...at park, 12 laps 23:17 Super happy with that time. Didn't feel like I was going to get time off my run from last week which was 25 something. My goal is 21min by year end. We'll see :)
