Question on the lunges...so you start w/30 steps, then go into the 20-15-10 of the wb, pu, and bj's, then end w/30 steps?

There are 4 sets of lunges: start with lunges then 20 WBs/PU/BJ, lunges 15 WB/PU/BJ, lunges 10 WB/PU/BJ, finish with 30 lunges.
