Did this as our group WOD for Saturday. It was pretty tough! Thankfully, a little cooler this morning. Just a little correction on my workout today. I did 80 pullups and 20 jump pullups. Next time I will do 100 for sure. This was a great WOD. Good job everyone!
Did this WOD Monday all by myself! First set of Pullups where Brutal; took about 4:21m to do them! Run was not to bad. Couldnt do the full 60lbs, kept it at 55lbs! Hand has been really hurting this week. Thrusters went smoother then the Pullups. Althought I was warmed up by the time I got to the last 50 Pullups I pushed right through them!
