Todays WOD for me was last weeks Sept 10th WOD.Did it with the G/M's (w/dumbbell. Feel it more in my Hamstrings w/dumbbell then w/Bar! 30 in a row, had to pause. Situps 38,12. The run took about 3:10 mins at least the first one did!3Rds800m Run50 G/M's (30lb Dumbbell)50 Situps (I added a 15lb Dumbbell to that)!!22:32
15:01 Rx'd (115#)Wow! This was hard! The double unders took everything out of me...however I am getting better at them. Still can't do in succession though, doing 1-2 singles in between. Jenette - 13:40, 125# (RX'd!!!!) and singles. I am thrilled with my new PR for deadlifts (and weight loss).Amanda - 27:45, 65#, secured sit-ups, singles. She is giving it everything! Jump rope was a new skill and took some getting used to, but by the end it was going perfectly.
