12:1275lb C&JDU's60lb ThrustersThis felt pretty good today. C&J were not too bad; basically just did one at a time, couldn't really string them together. DU's did not go very well today; 10-15 at a time. Thrusters felt good(16-5). PU's were decent (6-5-4-3-2-1; LOL!!). Leslie did great too! :0)
We both did pretty good on this one! 60lbs was the right weight for me this time. C&J I stared out wrong ; didnt come down to the ground stopped at a hang, don't ask me why. Had to start over again, so it was like doing 15reps. Shit I say!!! Du's well did about 10 through out 100 singles. Thrtr where able to get 7 at a time. Pullups where good. 12:2575# C&J60# thrusterI did this one on Friday with Paul and Jared. C&J's @ 75# were challenging - pretty much took those one at a time. Double unders were absolutely horrible! Couldn't get a rhythm down - wasted a lot of time on those. The rest of it wasn't too bad. Thrusters (12-4-5), Pullups (12-5-4). Did a DL max post-WOD @ 175#, probably could have done more, but my upper body/back was too fatigued from the C&J's. I thought for sure Jared had me on this one but caught up on pullups - nice job! 9:47 RX'dSo the story goes: Jen and Jared started this WOD. Then I decided to jump in at the 4:00 mark to push Jared and to see if I can mentally block out some pain. I finished my pullups and waited for Jared to put the bar down for C&J's. It took 40 seconds before I could jump in and knock some reps out for my final exercise. When Jared was ready I put the bar down for him to do a few more reps. Therefore my time was 9:47 with a 40 second break and a few other breaks in there. All in all I am happy since it is very difficult for me to do C&J's and Thrusters right now.Previous Time:8:42 RX'd (2/25/10)Double Unders sucked. Since I did this with Paul and Jen on Friday I did a different WOD today.100 Deadlifts @ 95lbs with 4 push press at each one minute interval. Time was 8:48, completed in 8 rounds.Jared

Paul, thanks! I can't believe I did 65# and it was challenging but manageable. 45# thrusters were so smooth. I could hardly clean 70# before. What keeps me thrilled with Crossfit and my progress is that I haven't done a c&j in weeks but due to all the other exercises I'm still improving.
