The Bear Complex:65(x7)95(x7)95(x7)135(x7)155(x2) drop to 135(x5)
Doh! Anonymous in the bear complex is Rayne!
Did The Bear with my son! I started with 55lbs, and Stevie did 45lbs. 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th Rd I used 60lbs, I think that was to much, I ended up in the 3,4,5 rd putting the Bar dwn once in each of those Rds. Was having trouble with my 7ft Bar and no pad, had to use towel. This WO suck for me!! Where we surpose to time this?? 14:0555lbs(x7)1st60lbs(x7)2,3,4,5,Rd
This was a fun workout. I did the following for my sets65lbs80lbs100lbs110lbs120lbsI might have cheated myself of done too much on a set or two but I think I did everything correctly. My shoulders are definately feeling the wrath of the "BEAR".Jared
@L.A. - Nice work. This IS a hard session! You may or may not time this WOD. You should have a timed rest period, however, the most important thing is to try and keep the bar moving during "sets" and maintain as good form as you can.@Jared - Thanks for suggesting this WOD. It made my day!- Rayne
Leslie, good job! Next time you may want to start lower such as 35 or 40 pounds and increase incrementally from there. Great job everyone!
