Morgan and I did this WOD earlier this week and really only did 15-12-9-6-3 not the 20-15-12-9-6-3 that was posted. Tough wod and I don't think I like jumping over the bar for burpees, but did it anyway. Morgan 10:05 60#Jared 10:55 RX'd

So I decided that I was going to try and see what some of my benchmark WO times would be. I am about 6months into starting crossfit and I think it about time that I start to gauge my performance. So I did Fran today. Before I started I watched Jason Kaplan do it in 1:53. My time was no 1:53 but it feels nice to have done a benchmark wo. 10:08 Rx'dKrista talked me into doing 80#...glad I did now! I had one bum lift on the 2nd round, but otherwise felt pretty good with the power cleans. Burpees facing bar are never fun. Krista was racking out the burpees! Nice job on the power cleans too! thanks for the push!Jared - that's a pretty good time for Fran. I have never gotten under 8:00 @ Rx'd!
Lisa - that WOD was most recently done on July 11. That is one of our vacation WODs, so we do that one at least twice a year. Good job girls!
10:20 Rx'dYay! So Jen did great even though I had to talk her into 80lbs! I am glad we pushed - it was a good challenge. Tried to catch up on burpees but just couldn't do it. Jen really did great on her PC's! Thanks for the wod!This group is such an inspiration! :0)
Just did this WOD (Sat); OMG Jen and Krista made me push for RX'd weight, even though they where not with me!! WHAT WAS I THINKING!! Jumping over the bar with Burpess are insane, I still feel like I'm going to fall. Was shooting for 11mins, but I'll take my time! You both are my inspiration!RX'd11:55
Jenette - 11:04, 70#. Felt good! Jumping over the bar was a nice change.Hunter - 13:10, 95#. He has made a big improvement on burpees. Amanda - 13:45, subbed 12# wall ball squat cleans for PC's. First WOD and she rocked it!! Warmed up with jumping pull-ups and push-ups on knees. Worked on squat form. She and Mike are coming over tomorrow night for the next WOD at 8:30pm.
