I do not know how I am still beating my times with a shoulder that is at about 10%. I won't complain.
Thank you Jared for doing this WOD with me. It is so much better than doing it on my own. Also good job on your first 5K run post 10 minute WOD! I ran with Jared on the 5K.

35# kb. Felt really sluggish as I have a bit of a stomach flu and the k to e were making me dizzy. Round 4&5 pushups were on knees. 5k on treadmill 29:01.

10:xx as Rx'd followed by a 5k of 28:41(I think?)

It was kinda hot. I felt ok during the session then went home, fell on the floor and layed there for an hour before I felt fully recoverd.

I am so ready for summer to end.

Wow, 6 people on the bars, how fun! Will be doing this tonight. Even well after sunset the heat is relentless. Also, there's a warning for this weekend due to extreme heat and 50%+ humidity.

This was awesome. It is crazy that I took 1:29 off my time from a few days ago. That's what happens when you are going toe 2 toe. (I got smoked) What Fun! Great job by everybody.

Previous time on this was 12:23 (Rx'd), of course I did not do a 5k before that one. Did a 5k pre-WOD today - 26:20 - felt pretty good, but it was HOT! Best time for my 5k is 25:16 from April 2010. Nice job everyone! I didn't think anyone would run after the workout!

It was so HOT! I really didn't want to do the 5k, but this is why I LOVE group WOD, because I did it anyway! Even during the run, I wanted to stop and be done...the heat was getting to me, but with Morgan and Rayne running and Jen and Paul watching I finished the 5k. I was beat red when I got home! Still, so happy I got a great and tough WOD in today! Thanks everyone. You all inspire me to keep pushing!

LOL, yes makes sense on the k2e. My prob is they were up as far as they would go. I think I need to see someone do it.

Jenette - 5K 36:48. Really wanted to run on the Starpointe's treadmill, but went around the lakes instead, using my Nike GPS phone app to keep track of the distance. Instantly got a painful stitch in my side...again! I don't know why this happens to me when I'm running or using the jumprope. One of those wo's when I'm just glad I finished. :-)

It was definitely a good day to be in a group. That 5k would not have been finished without an occasional run through the sprinklers and having Lisa and Rayne pushing me to finish strong! Great workout!
