We did it! And we both bumped up our weight.
Jenette - 20:14, 50#. Run, DL's, PC felt really strong. I slowed down for form on the squats and had to really push for the push press, using my legs as much as possible.
Hunter - 20:34, 75#, 250m row.
I will prefer this blog because it has much more informative stuff.
