Double Unders (Singles X 3)
Pushups (Hand Release)
Situps (Unsecure)

Try Double Unders.
Make sure Pushups are hand release. This means chest all the way to the ground and lift hands off the ground. Then push up to completely locked out.

The pushups kill me. Makes it hard when my shoulder doesn't work! I was happy to do all DU's each round unbroken.

DU's were okay...unbroken from 15 almost got 20 unbroken (18). PU's were the most difficult and my shoulder does work...lol!! Thanks for the group wod! :0)

I still have some catching up to do; so I did last Sat.7/23 WOD! Yes it was as BRUTAL as Jen said it was!! I did this at 11:30 this morning, bad time to RUN in this heat!! My cloths where dipping wet!! The DL's where a bit challedging since I haven't done them in 7wks. The BJ's where assume this time now fear of falling!

Great WOD - I hit my DU's like never before which it to say I strung together a few sets of ten! Woo Hoo! The push Ups sucked! I was really sore from a previous session and was hurting from the the word go!. Can't win for losing some days! Oh AND I wore a hole in my back side doing sit ups on the concrete - stupid is as stupid does!

Fun group workout today! Jared did du's- 16:09 I had a weird workout. I'm still doing modified situps and I had to stop midway and save my son from getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. Krista clocked my start and restart time so it was around 12:30. I did du's.

Nice job Morgan with DU's! I'm trying, and dont seem to get anywhere. Everyone has come such a long way, in such a short time!

First few rounds did 1 DU for every 3-4 singles. I only counted the DU's though. By the last couple rounds I was doing better and got down to a 1:2 ratio.

I did all the Jumprope as Double unders. Wasn't too bad. After the first round of 30, I did them all with 1-2 stops on each round.

Hand release Pushups

Secured situps with hands behind head.

Finished at 19:10.
