I feel this would have been much better with:

I feel this would have stepped up intensity the entire WOD. Oh well next time.

This was quite the workout, especially with all the drama that happened before that WOD! Hope little Matt is feeling better! The actually WOD was brutal. My jumprope broke a few WODs ago and I could not do double unders with another rope (too long for me). So I did singles, 19" BJ (table bench), 35# KB.
