This was fun! Except it would of been better with someone else as always. Arms where so sore from Tues WOD! Was able to do 6 SqtCln/Thr in a row; all Burpees/Pullups unbroken, Man did that make me DIZZY!!
I sub'd Burpee/BJ's for Burpee/Pullups 45lb; 20" BJ 9:43
It was hard to piece the movements together and I kept wanting to do regular TH's and would forget to put bar all the way down so did a few extra...oh well. Good wod. Sorry I couldn't be there Leslie...I am sore too!
Thanks everyone for arranging the WOD, bringing all of the equipment, and just being there for support! It was fun and I certainly gave everything. This was my first time doing any sort of pull up without a band, and 45# is my max weight for thrusters, so first time RX'd. :-)
Obviously I need to work on getting a pull-up under my belt and my form. But this was the first time I had ever worked with a barbell and I was able to do the prescribed weight... I have blisters on my hands though! Ouch! Thanks Jenette for letting me use your weights!
