This was a good WOD! First time with pullups in a month. They were unbroken but lots of pain. Did all deadlifts unbroken each round. J. Air Squats felt good.

Did Mondays WOD today! Slow on the run, was able to do KB's unbroken, P/cln able to do 10 without stopping, Squats where tough!

jumping pullups, and subed deadlifts for 10 wallballs (12# at 8.5'). The running on round four felt slow and tired. Good WO. I love when I feel like I have pushed through the fatigue and finished a hard wo!

Good Job Lisa! You can always use something else for deadlifts such as a watermelon, salt pellet bags, or a sack of potatos. What you did (wallballs) are great, but you are doing jumping squats already (same movement). Don't hesitate to text me for subbing ideas. Great Job!

Jumping pullups

Jumping Air Squats were pretty much a killer for me. DL's were so-so. Basically did one at a time to try and get better form (still). Last round did 6-4. Glad to be done with this one...

This was a great but tough wo! I was loving it in round 3 and thought to myself, I could go all day with this series of exercises. Then I got half way through round 4 and wanted to just flat out quit! I pushed through it though and then joined Easton in the sprinklers to cool off.
Morgan- 23:07 80lbs. Jared feels I'm doing all my olympic lifting wrong so I may need a good refresher next group wo.
