Amazing how fast Lisa and Jenette can run; I was dead last in the 800m run and had to fight real hard to try to catch Lisa! Fantastic job ladies. After we ran 1 mile; no time.
Krista, you totally PR'rd today! At least from your fastest time I can see here, you beat it by more than a minute! Good job! You pushed hard. I may be able to get you in a run, but you really pushed hard with the wallball and burpees! 8:46 RX'd
