Good morning everyone! This WOD was quick and fun. I got 6 DU's through out the WO! KB's all unbroken, Burpess good, H/R PU's unbroken kickass! Squats deep. My son also did this with me, he Sub'd BJ's for Pushups.

First couple rounds of double unders were horrible, 3 and 4th were much better, and my jumprope broke on the 5th - so did singles with another JR! Lisa smoked this one and Jesse did awesome for her first WOD!

Jenette - Yes! The pushups were hard in combo with the KB's and Burpees - Good job!
