13:39; Rx'dFirst couple rounds of double unders were horrible, 3 and 4th were much better, and my jumprope broke on the 5th - so did singles with another JR! Did mile run first and forgot to time it...lame! I am guessing it was 6:40ishWaited 10 min and then did WO12:16 35#KB; singlesFelt good in run, but felt slow at the WO, but it was still faster than my last one, so I can't complain...
