Pick something you enjoy and do it with your family. Bike, Swim, Hike or play a sport. Work on something you suck at! IE Double Unders. Enjoy!

120lb DL's

I was warming up and went to do a DL and was that's heavy...well I had 130lbs on my bar that's why! The 120 felt good today. Got all my DU's except for the 1st round (13-2).

We decided to improve on our form for our WOD. 30 snatches with emphasis on technique rather than speed.

Easton- through the course of Jared's workout, he pulled out about 5 pretty solid snatches using an old broomstick! Pretty excited that my 3 year old is loving crossfit.
