We decided to improve on our form for our WOD. 30 snatches with emphasis on technique rather than speed. Jared- 8:24Morgan- 9:03Easton- through the course of Jared's workout, he pulled out about 5 pretty solid snatches using an old broomstick! Pretty excited that my 3 year old is loving crossfit.
