115# DL

Felt pretty good. DL were unbroken and the cloud cover made the running bearable.

Jenette - 4 rounds + 200m, 115# (PR!). DL's were done 5 at a time. Getting closer to body weight. I either need to add 20# to my bar or take it off my body somehow.

Hunter - 4 rounds + 500m row, subbed row for run in each round, 150#, all DL's were unbroken!

Today we did the Extreme Heat Dreamy Draw Adventure Race. It was awesome. It was a 10 mile course that had mountain biking and hiking. It was Morgan's first time on a mountain bike and she did great. It really got us pumped up for the Tough Mudder. Although we did not finish first, we also did not finish last. It was just great to be out and having fun with being fit. I just want to thank Paul, Jen and Rayne for helping us make fitness a priority in our family. Thanks and good job everyone.
