I will do this with Krista tomorrow. Today I did a WO from my log book. Haven't done Ring Dips lately. Knocked off some time from the post that I could find! I'm pretty sure it was done some time this year! Had to use band, my wrist wasn't strong today.

Lisa, I was responding to Leslie about when we did the WOD she listed in her comment. I continued by stating nobody posted their times for that WOD (P. Cleans and Ring Dips) on 6/20/10. The WOD everybody did today will be posted in a few days, therefore post your times then.

My time for this workout was an even 17:00min with 190lbs. Fun WOD however I was hoping for under 15min for the workout.

Just getting on here so sorry it's late. Paul, if I don't post these now while I'm remembering it probably won't happen. Hope that doesn't mess up future postings.

We had a great turnout this morning and did a workout geared to first-timers without weightlifting. 400m runs between a set of 25 pushups, situps, squats, or burpees. Everyone did awesome, especially Lara and Cheri who experienced crossfit for the first time!

OMG!! This WOD was BRUTAL in this HEAT, not to mention we did this in the middle of the winter last time! I'm ok with my time. My form is so much better this time around. Krista left me in the dust! Great job well done. Not sure how good my time was.

This was insane; don't know what the heck happened to our times but it is very hot and there is a nasty brown haze even up here in Estrella! :0( Thanks for working through it with me Leslie!!
