This is one of the first WOD's I introduced to Jen and Sandra (do you remember Sandra). They hated me afterwards.

This picture is from 2/04/09. They were using 35# Curl Bar for Thrusters (looks like it is really 30#) and a 35# KB for SDHP. Their times were Jen = 34:28 and Sandra = 37:XX. BRUTAL! I did this WOD also and almost died with a time of 27:34 RX'd (PR is 19:34). Jen and I also did this in Jan. 2009. My time was 28:54.

Not a good day for this run today! Had chest pains, and a charlie horse in my leg. Did it anyway!! Could only get 10 Thrst at a time and rested at my shoulders didnt put it down though, same with SDHP's rested the bar on my kness. Should have the option to do 3rds this time, like there was the last time we did this LOL! wasn't able to make up any time on this one.

This is always a brutal WOD. But it didn't feel too horrible today until the last round. I was not able to do thrusters or SDHPs unbroken on any round. Leslie- looks like you kicked butt on this one!

Thanks, but I so didn't think so! I even WALKED back almost the whole way the last Rd. You shaved some time off from last time. Nice job!

Leslie on 12/01/09 you only did front squats (no thrusters).
Not only did Jen shave time but she kicked butt! She may not have done the thrusters unbroken but she picked the bar up immediately after putting it down. She never rested and her runs were fast.
Good job as well Leslie!

I remember this day. I swear I was so sore for a week after this day. I could barely move. Hopefully can do this under 30min now. Will let you know.

Such a tough WO! Don't know if I could have done it without the group. Thanks Morgan, Jared, and Paul! My time was 28 something??? Hopefully Paul kept the time somewhere.

Krista suggested I make a WOD with just DU's! So I did today, and it worked for me! It took me 26:03 mins to complete 20 DU's; some where 2 at a time, but not many! was shooting for 10, but kept going. I was really warmed up I guess. Thanks for the tip Krista!! I wont mention how many SINGLES it took to get there; lost count after about 150....

Awesome. Its just the start. Remember once when the WOD was 5 DU's? I think that is where Krista started at.

Did this one again today. Still as brutal as it was before. But, I did PP instead of thrusters because I got the two mixed up. Thruster has a squat! So, I am sure that made it a little easier, but not much. Still a good one!
