In Preparation for the Tough Mudder!

Run in a group for:
10 rounds
6 Minute Run
25 Reps of ***

***Squats, Pushups, Situps, Lunges and Burpees In sequencial order after each 6 minute run. and repeat a second time for 10 rounds.

How this works is, have a group and run at 75% of the groups pace. At the 6 minute mark do 25 squats. Do not start running again until the last person finishes all 25 squats. Then as a group start the run for another 6 minutes. Continue this until all five exercises have been completed twice. This should be a total of 1 hour of running and approximately 15-20 minutes of exercises. Post total distance and time to comments.

It was great to see all of you out there today. We made it twice around both lakes in a figure 8 in 55:58. I guestimate the distance to be 5.5 miles. This is just over a 10 minute mile. Total time for 9 exercises throughout the run (50 Squats, 50 Pushups-GR, 50 Situps, 50 Burpees and 25 Lunges) was about 12 Minutes. Therefore our total time was 1:07:58.

The last 1/4 mile was brutal for me...the last set of 25 burpees did me in. My legs are toast! thanks to everyone for coming out...it was HOT!

I did this on my own. I did 9 rounds plus 2 minutes on the 10th round. I was getting light headed on the first round of burpies, so I skipped the 2nd round.
Did 5 miles with a total time of 1:06:20. 56 minutes of running, 10 minutes of exercises.

OMG! this was fun for about 3/4 of the first lap around. Come the Second lap I s.....o want to CHECK OUT!! I was very behind, but for me I had to push this one at 100%. You all did great!! And yes; Not bad for an old women Thxs Paul! Lol

I was done with after that last round of burpees. I hate burpees so much the I was willing to do anything else including a fast sprint. Overall great time. Thanks everyone!

We did a group WOD today...lots of fun! Nicole and Emily's first time on the pullup bar - great job! Lisa even ran with a 40# sandbag for 100m before Jared told her she had the wrong one!
