OMG forgot what it was like to run with the bag on such a HOT day!!! I was dead on the second Rd. Squats where full, Situps (unsercured), Burpess/Pullups make me dizzy! Forgot to grab my Sandbag on the last rd, 1/4 way up the street then turned around to get it! That sucked. Jenette - 20:57 Rx'd, the bag was so slippery! I kept trying to hold it different ways and I think the best is balanced on one shoulder. Burpee pullups are so hard for me, but I just took it one at a time.Hunter - 24:40, 250m row (no sandbag), unsecured situps with abmat, burpee-jump tuck.
