Paul - 8:28DU's and 14# WB Squat CleansI would have done this RX'd but didn't have my 20# WB. Doing it with 14# was ultimately better for me as my shoulder was in pain. The Burpees were hard on my shoulder and had to do them making a fist. Good WOD!
This one was a tough one. I was wanting to stop after the second round.I did the first 2 rounds all doubles. Rest singles.I also used 30# in dumbell for wall balls.14:55
Good Job Josh! You could have subbed 20# in DB's for your WB's or just 1 20# DB and hold it at the ends like a Wallball.

15:11 Rx'dStill can't do DU's in a row, had a 3:1 ratio of singles to DU's (only counted DU's. This WOD was tougher than I anticipated. Great job with DU's everyone!
