Ring dips with purple band

Did this one as our group WOD on Monday. It was a good one!

Did this tonight. Did just dips in between two platforms. and secured situps with hands on my head. I swear, these situps are retarded.

This was a great work out, I like the Rings! Had to use the band for a bit of a coustion for my hand. Situps where good, Pushups had to stop once or twice by the 3rd rd. Run was slow!

Yes I used purple band...
Today I did the 07/15/11 WOD:
AMRAP 15 minutes
200m run (sub'd 20 DU's for run)
10 KB (35lb)
10 BJ (20")

7 rounds + 20 DU's (10 seconds left...)
Previous:
7 rounds down to the last second Rx'd with run.

Jared and MaryAnn did this today. They used monkey bars for dips. Jared did 16:20, MaryAnn did 19:23.

I did the same wod as Sandra. Really tried to do DU's. My best streak was a count up to 30 doing DU's every 4-5 singles. 15:20
