Did this WOD (from Rayne)
10 Burpees - 1 KB swing
9 Burpees - 2 KB swing
8 Burpees - 3 KB swing
7 Burpees - 4 KB swing
6 Burpees - 5 KB swing
5 Burpees - 6 KB swing
4 Burpees - 7 KB swing
3 Burpees - 8 KB swing
2 Burpees - 9 KB swing
1 Burpees - 10 KB swing
Then:
5 Burpees - 1 KB swing
4 Burpees - 2 KB swing
3 Burpees - 3 KB swing
2 Burpees - 4 KB swing
1 Burpees - 5 KB swing

Took 20 second rest in between; total time (with rest) 10:09; 7:40 to complete first ladder. Used 35lb KB. Not bad

It was 25-20-15-10-5 KB and Burpees with KB being HEAVY. If my math is right it is 75 reps vs. 70 reps. You did it in 10:38 with 40# KB. Good Work!

Cool. Thanks Paul. I was a little slow on this one trying to make sure I counted down/up correctly...
