18:32I was disappointed with this time as I know I could have done it in 16 mins. Ran North Lake with my dog, Isis. I underestimated the challenge of running with her, but am glad she got the exercise. I could chronicle the entire episode, but then this would be more like an essay than blog post. Let's say we made a lot of emergency stops for shade which forced us into the grass 90% of the time, ran after ducks, and avoided wildly aggressive and fluffy mobs of Pomeranians, being walked on extend-able leashes (bad, bad idea). Overall, I loved the breeze despite 95 degrees + humidity, and the change of scenery. :-)
