Paul - 15:29 RX'dThis was a good WOD! I made sure I used exceptional and perfect form for both lifts. I even tried to perfect and use good form while running. I could have been faster and even thought about going harder to get sub 15 (I was at 9 minutes after round 3), but reminded myself to step back and be methodical and precise helping rehab. It felt good and felt just as productive if not more than going harder and faster while being sloppy. I am going to revert back to this type of training again.
This looks good. I'm not sure what weight I can do for both power cleans and front squats. I'll try a few different things but am thinking that 50# might be good.
This was a bit hursh in this muggy weather today! Overall not bad. The run was somewhat sluggish for me, P/cln no problems did not put the bar down, stop a few times though, went right into the Squats! Glad its done with,19:41RX'd Yay!!
At first I felt this was going to be really hard, but it ended up not being so bad.~21:00 @ 75#I also did the 5k last night, finished about 27:00. Kinda slow.
Jenette - 22:20, 50#, PC's were a piece of cake, front squats were tough! Hunter let me know if I was going forward. Worked hard to keep perfect form.Hunter - 18:23, 500m row, 65#. He admits now he should have used a heavier weight. But this was still tough considering the row.
If it helps, it seemed that whatever weight you used Jenette, a good weight for Hunter would be 1.5 times that. Therefore if you used 50# then Hunter should have used at least 75#. Of course if he could go heavier or if it is to heavy then adjust accordingly.
Actually, I told him to use 75# but he was unsure. So, now we know. He's getting so good at rowing! Still can't run on his knee. We are going to try the 2 mi runs, wall balls, and pushups tonight since we missed it and have already done today's wod.
19:02; Rx'dThis was hard, but good. Was able to do weights unbroken and with no break PC's and FS's for the first 3 rounds. Rounds 4 & 5 had to break between the exercises.
