35 Double Unders (105 Singles)*

* I would like to see everybody attempt DU's in this WOD. If 35 is too many for you right now, do 5 DU's per round. If 5 is too easy do 10 or 15 per round. Make it something challenging but at the same time something new to learn. Remember practice what you suck at.

Wow! I am happy about this. I had no idea what to expect for time. I was able to do all 35 DU's unbroken only in the second round. Next time this will be uped to 50!

Did this with 20 DU's a few days ago...

So today I did:
AMRAP 12 minutes
7 KB SDHP
7 KB Swings
35lb KB

17 rounds with ten seconds to spare...yikes! This was HARD.
Previous: 16 rnds, 7 SDHP, 3 KB swings

attempted DU during warmup and could not do one.

So during workout I jumped high and hard.. This burned my calves during the run.

REALLY tried to do DU's. Could not do a single one! What's up?! I will have to keep trying. So, I did the wo on our trip in CA on super steep incline and decline on the 400m and 105 singles.

Yeah! I am down to a 1:1 ratio for DU's! 1 DU: 1 single! My best stretch was 11 DU's at 1:1 ratio.

Lexi 15:27 10 double unders each round with 3 singles between, then finished each round with singles.
Holli- 21:15 singles
