MaryAnn and I didn't have equipment today so we did 400m walking lunges. Or we thought we did. We mapped our distance afterwards and realized we didn't go quite far enough. However, at the start of the wo I wasn't able to get under the weight, had a total mental block! Spent almost Hunter's entire 1st round because I refused to take off weight. Finally took off 5# and was perfectly fine for the whole wo. BTW the temp was 91 w/41% humidity (ugh!).Hunter - 19:03, 115#, row. He did so well! He's ready for a higher weight.
22:52 Rx'd120# DLThis was a fatiguing WOD. The rowing killed me (the rows together took 10:00). I had to break up the DL's into 8-4 reps each round. My box jumps were the only thing that seemed to improve each round.
