Good WOD! I felt good working through some injuries. Deadlifts felt great (better than I thought they would), BJ's were OK and J. Squats were tough. I am overall happy considering the circumstances.

Tough; have not done a sustained run for quite a long time and after lunges yesterday my legs were shot...

Jenette - 14:28, DL's were strong, unbroken until the last round and I only took a break for 2 seconds. The singles were tough because I got a severe side stitch that would not go away. I kept trying to take little breaks but it didn't help and was miserable. After the WOD I was in such a state that I set my my jumprope down and now can't find it anywhere! The kids and I are still searching. :-)

BRUTAL! This killed me. It was very hot and muggy. I guess I have to get used to this weather again! Everything felt hard.
