Also did the WOD in reverse...oops. I could feel the difference in doing the WB's at 9 ft (usually do 8-8.5 ft.). Run with incline and decline (100m down, 100m up). Great WOD!

This was really hard after the WOD yesterday. My legs didn't want to move. Also I accidentally did this WOD backwards (Run, WB's then KB's). The run was on an incline and decline.

TH's were tough; made sure to have a full deep squat and "thrust" bar up. DU's were pretty good today got all 20 twice; other rounds 15-5.

Did 3 rounds (at 10am) in 7:25 but 35# kb was hot and tore blisters. Left for CA did 100 burpees for time, 9:12.

Hunter a 15:53, did 250m row, 44# kb. Great job!
