Great job Sandra! I did todays WOD, this was a bit challenging for me. Could only use 55lbs to start, did not put the bar down! Situps where not bad, Pushups went well.

I still can't do situps; my burns are still scabbed over and still healing! So I did a wod from 05/19/11 and realized afer that I did the wrong weight...

Kinda bummed on the weight but it was a good wod to get in today.

Since we just did this WOD, I picked "Jackie" to break in our new equipment! We are going to do tomorrow's WOD at 6am before work if anyone would like to join us.

Jenette - 15:42, row at a 2:15 avg pace, total of 4:40 mins, 30# thrusters (5-10 at a time), pull-ups on purple band (very hard! haven't done pull-ups in weeks).

Hunter - no time (he had to take a work call mid-wo :-)), 5 min row, 45# thrusters nearly unbroken, pull-ups with black and blue bands (probably too much resistance, but we wanted to try them out in a wod).

I am extremely broken. No excuses but have several injuries. One good thing is I did all 50 DU's unbroken.

Did this wo today. 13:35. Substituted handstand pushups for push press. That's super hard. Needed support the whole time!

Side note* we've converted my sister and Jared's brother to crossfit. MaryAnn's on day 8 and texted me today that she actually didn't feel like throwing up after her wo today! Jason loves the wos and plans to start paleo this week
