I ran a 5k this morning, even at 6:30 the heat was on!! The first mile I pushed hard,8:03!! Not sure what the hell happened the next 2mls! My upper body was sore from the WO I did yesterday. I stopped a few times for about 10sec,the sweat was in my eyes!! Couldn't find a real resent time for this Run! Paul did you get my email on the Wallballs?

Took too long but felt pretty good on everything. Got through all KB's first two rounds and had to stop once on the last two.
