I ran a 5k this morning, even at 6:30 the heat was on!! The first mile I pushed hard,8:03!! Not sure what the hell happened the next 2mls! My upper body was sore from the WO I did yesterday. 4 Rounds50' Lunges25 KB (35lb)15 Push ups (Hand Release)10 Air squats 5 Burpees15:42Took too long but felt pretty good on everything. Got through all KB's first two rounds and had to stop once on the last two.
