This one is always draining...was hoping to be a little faster...put down bar on PP rounds 1 and 3...KB unbroken...first row 2:10, 2 and 3 around 2:30.

sub'd 150 singles (50 DU) for row
35lb KB
60lb PP

Was NOT in the mood for DU's so opted for singles - BUT - I did all rounds of singles, KB and PP unbroken...that was hard and my hands were sweaty so holding the KB was tricky.
