Paul - 14:51 RX'd This WOD has evolved from 50 Singles and 75# PP to 50 DU's and 95# PP. This was a good WOD! I was happy to do my first 50 DU's unbroken. I need to work on my Air Squats. I am strong with them but slow and fatigued with no weight.
LOL!!! I did it with DU's! Got 12-20 in a row and just kept going until I hit 50. Air squats were nearly impossible - slow - everything else was not too bad. This was a good wod for me today; thanks... Paul - way to go on 50 DU's in a row; what is your max so far?
Good Job Krista!. Double Unders change alot of things. Those Air Squats are not that easy anymore after DU's. I believe 50 is my max. I may have been able to do 10-15 more if I were to keep going. I was fresh though.
