I sub'd GoodMornings (45#) for Back Extensions. I kicked butt. I should have been sub 24 but walked through the station to the bay to do my DU's. I am very happy considering GM's are harder than situps.

We are just about to do this wo. Found it on your site from 5/5/10. We will sub the run for using our elliptical. I'm assuming we'll use 2-25#/40# dumbells, one in each hand. Will post again w/our times.

25 Burpees
100M Walking Lunges
then,
5 Rounds
15 Dumbbell Push Press (25/40)
100M Farmer Carry (25/40)
then,
25 Burpees
500M Row
400M Run

You are to complete the burpees and lunges then go into 5 rounds of push press and farmer carries. Once completed 5 rounds then finish with burpees, row then run.

Farmer carries are carrying the dumbbells at your side and walking with them. Use the same dumbbells used for your push press.

Hunter - 14:32, 25# dumbbells, row and elliptical run

Jenette - 12:47, 15# dumbbells, row and elliptical run. Used that weight because I was having a sharp pain in my left shoulder. I need to get a bar and bumpers ASAP. :-)
