This was a hard hard wod! This was a good one though. I was able to get through 5 rounds unbroken. Have fun with this one!

This was hard, but a good workout. My second WOD using 60# for OHS! Felt pretty good with them, was able to do all rounds unbroken, but had to put down weight between OHS and push press.

Wasn't feeling this WOD 2day! I have a hard time with the OHS, my shoulder can't be locked in that position for to long. Thanks Krista.
