Today I did:AMRAP 15 minutes15 Box Jumps (20")10 Kettlebells 5 Burpees7 rounds + 15 BJ'sBJ's were slow...used a 40lb DB for KB. I had a hard time today! Glad it is done...Similar previous wod with pullups instead of burpees: 7 rounds; 20" BJ, 35lb KB (12/17/10)
Nice job Krista! I have really fallen off the wagon in the last 3wks. I miss the challenge WO's. Did some KB's today, 10#'s is not a challenge. But I have to make do with what I'm aloud. I have been doing alot of Pike exercises with 10#'s great on the Abs! Side Situps with 10#'s as well.5Rds100 Singles25 KB's @10#25 Situps w/10# DBNo time
