Today I did:
AMRAP 15 minutes
15 Box Jumps (20")
10 Kettlebells
5 Burpees

7 rounds + 15 BJ's

BJ's were slow...used a 40lb DB for KB. I had a hard time today! Glad it is done...

Similar previous wod with pullups instead of burpees: 7 rounds; 20" BJ, 35lb KB (12/17/10)

Nice job Krista! I have really fallen off the wagon in the last 3wks. I miss the challenge WO's. Did some KB's today, 10#'s is not a challenge. But I have to make do with what I'm aloud. I have been doing alot of Pike exercises with 10#'s great on the Abs! Side Situps with 10#'s as well.
