14:4890#Yeah! Did 90# PCs - a PR for me! Had a couple bum lifts on the first round where I couldn't get under the weight. Did better once I was warmed up. Jumping air squats are killer on the legs!
Paul - 13:11 RX'dThis was a Godd, HARD solid WOD! Jumping Squats were shockingly hard. I was able to do the PC's and Deadlifts unbroken. Very happy about that.

14:0290lbsThanks for the push Jen...! Form was not the best on PC's but I did manage to get the bar up pretty well; DL's were nice at this weight! Jumping Squats were brutal!!
