Did Fri's workout:
AMRAP 12 minutes
10 Box Jumps - 20 Sit Ups - 5 Power Cleans

6 rounds + 10 BJ's
65lbs

I used 65lbs so I could use my bumpers instead of plates on my bar and the weight felt real good. Sit ups slowed me down after the 3rd round. BJ's were good...even after doing them yesterday! :0)

The run deffinately makes the WOD easier. Although the DU's are essentially faster than the Run, they just drain you and fatigued you 10 fold as you can see from the time. The Run is actually a REST!
Also I did this all unbroken and didn't decide to do 10 Rounds until 30 seconds after I finished the 7th Round. I wasn't going to do 10 but realized I would be Sub 20:00.
